"Scientists and professionals for the victory and reconstruction of Ukraine"

Ukraine International Institute of Restoration (hereinafter - UIIR) was established in 2023 as an extraterritorial organisation, a voluntary non-governmental association that is not a business entity or enterprise.

The UIIR is a non-profit organisation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and does not aim to make a profit.
 
The supreme body of the UIIR is the General Meeting of authorised representatives of local self-government bodies - members of the UIIR (hereinafter - the General Meeting of the UIIR). The General Meeting of the UIIR forms the Board of the UIIR, elects the President of the UIIR, elects the First Vice President - Executive Director of the UIIR, and Vice Presidents of the UIIR.

In the period between meetings of the General Meeting, the UIIR shall be managed by the Management Board of the UIIR, which shall make decisions on all issues of the Regulations activities of the UIIR that do not fall within the exclusive competence of the General Meeting.

The UIIR is based on the principles of open membership and operates in accordance with the principles of legality, voluntariness, equality of members, self-government, independence in determining the directions of its activities, openness, publicity and democracy.
 
Within the UIIR, there are Centres of experts from the UIIR members and other stakeholders:

▪ Centre for Architectural Volumetric Design;
▪ Center for urban planning;
▪ Center for architectural structures;
▪ Center for development of communities and regions;
▪ Scientific and methodical center;
▪ Center of Military Architecture and Engineering;
▪ Center for energy transition and decarbonization;
▪ Center for strategic economic planning and land management;
▪ Center for general education projects;
▪ Center for analytics, project management and support.

Our mission:

Promoting and supporting the implementation of reconstruction projects in the regions of Ukraine affected by russian aggression. Scientists and highly qualified professionals from various fields work together and multiply their will and knowledge to coordinate actions and provide professional support for the socio-economic development of Ukrainian communities and territories in wartime and the post-war period.
