Join UIIR

Membership:

  • The UIIR is free for members to join and leave.
  • A member of the UIIR may be any business entity, legal entity established and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, having the appropriate licences and certificates (if necessary) and agreeing to perform the duties imposed by the Regulations of the UIIR. Any foreign legal entity may also become a member of the UIIR. Membership in the UIIR shall be on a non-discriminatory basis.
  • Members of the UIIR are its founders as well as other business entities that joined the UIIR after its state registration.
  • The members of the UIIR participate in the work of the UIIR and in the management of the UIIR through their authorised representatives - individuals.
  • Members of the UIIR do not receive direct income (dividends) from its declared activities.
  • The fact of membership in the UIIR is confirmed by a membership certificate.
